Wilhelm Friesen

Wilhelm Friesen, age 14 years, of Rosenfeld, Manitoba formerly of Bolivia, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at the Children's Hospital in Winnipeg, MB.

He is survived by his parents Diedrich and Katharina (Goertzen) Friesen, 2 sisters, Eva and Sarah, grandparents Gerardo and Anna Goertzen, and  Maria Friesen, as well as many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.  He was predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister in infancy.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with burial at the Altona Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and at the church prior to the service.

Donations in memory of Wilhelm may be made to assist the family with expenses.
