Percy Victor Shimonek

Percy Shimonek, age 70 years, of Altona, formerly of Rosenfeld, Manitoba, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.

He is survived by his wife Gail, 2 daughters Natalie and her family, Nicole, and 1 son Scott.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Morris United Church (207 Ottawa Ave. W. Morris, MB) with burial at the Rosenfeld Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Wednesday, October 4, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on Thursday, October 5, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Donations in memory of Percy may be made to the Brain Tumor Research Alliance of Manitoba.
