John B. Penner

John B. Penner, age 89 years of Plum Coulee, Manitoba passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.

He is survived by his children; son Herb (Val) Penner and daughter Martha (Ron) Toews. Also survived by grandchildren Brody Toews, and Bronson Toews.  He was predeceased his wife Katharina Penner (Loewen), his parents Bernhard and Katharina Penner, 1 sister and 1 brother.

A private family graveside service will be held.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, October 2 from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, October 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
