Jacob S. Enns

Jake S. Enns, age 86 years, of Altona formerly of Halbstadt, MB passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.

He is survived by his wife Ann (nee Dueck), their children Allan Enns, Don (Angela) Enns, Rita (Doug) Peters, Lori (Chris) Franz, and Kristy (Jason) Rempel, as well as 9 grandchildren.

A celebration of Jake's life will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church.  Interment will take place prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. at the Altona Cemetery, all are welcome to attend.  Viewing will be held at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, September 25 from 1:00 - 8:00 p.m. with family present at the funeral home between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Donations in memory of Jake may be made to the Rhineland and Area Food Bank.
