Henry Kehler

Henry P. Kehler, age 90 years of Altona, formerly of Neubergthal, Manitoba passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016.

He is survived by his step children Grace (Dave) Harms, Joyce (Don) Bergen, Pearl Braun-Dyck (Doug Dyck), Carol (David) Enns, Debbie (Wes) Friesen, and Dale (Julie) Braun as well as 11 grandchildren and 19 Great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his siblings Agatha Hamm, Henrietta Braun, Anne Friesen, and John Kehler as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife Helen Braun Kehler (Hamm), by his brother Ben, and by one great grandchild Spencer Harms.

A celebration of life service was held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church.  Interment took place prior to the service at the Neubergthal Cemetery. 

The family wishes to acknowledge and give thanks to the staff at Eastview place and to Dr. Bueddefeld for the care given to Henry over these last years.
