Helen Elias

Helen Elias (nee Penner), age 88 years of Winnipeg, formerly of Altona and Horndean, Manitoba passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Vista Park Lodge, Winnipeg.

She is survived by her daughter Adeline, 2 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband Peter W. Elias, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Altona E M M Church, with burial at the Bergfeld Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, February 3 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and at the church prior to the service.

Donations in memory of Helen Elias may be made to the CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind).
