Eva Toews

Eva Toews, nee Siemens, from Altona, formerly of New Hope, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at the Altona hospital after a recent diagnosis of cancer.  Left to cherish her memory are her husband David S. Toews, children Don, Bob & Deb (children Jordan, Madison, Meaghan & Mitch) and Brenda and Terry (children Dylan and Reegan).  Also left to mourn are 1 sister, 3 brothers, 6 sister-in-laws and 2 brother-in-laws.

She was pre-deceased by her parents, her parents-in-law, 2 sister-in-laws and 3 brother-in-laws.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church.  Interment will follow at the Weidenfeld Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and at the church prior to the service.
