Crystal Payment Krueger

Crystal Payment-Krueger, beloved mother, daughter, grand-daughter, sister, and friend, was born on July 26, 1984, in Crystal City, Manitoba. She passed suddenly on January 9, 2026, leaving behind a life that was anything but quiet and a presence that will never be forgotten.

Crystal was the proud and devoted mother of her daughter, Gemma Perdomo, who was the centre of her world and greatest love of her life. She was predeceased by her father, Louis Payment, Grandfather Abram K. Peters, Grandparents John & Mary Giesbrecht and is lovingly remembered by her mother, Sue Giesbrecht, her stepfather Menno Giesbrecht, grandmother Kathy Peters, brother Jon (Janessa) Payment, sister Deidre (Garrett) James as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Crystal lived by love, reflecting the words of 1 Corinthians 16:14:

“Let all that you do be done in love.”

She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Altona EMM Church.  Interment will take place at a later date at the Blumenort South Cemetery. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Thursday, January 15 from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.
