Abe Derksen

Abe Derksen, age 78 years, of Rosenfeld, MB passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre.

He is survived by his wife Verna Derksen (nee Groening), their children, Michael Derksen, Joey (Lidia) Derksen, and Kevin Derksen, their daughter-in-law Martha Derksen as well as 12 grandchildren, 4 sisters and 4 brothers. He was predeceased by his son Cory Derksen, his parents and 3 siblings.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with interment at the Rosenfeld Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, January 5 from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service.

Donations in memory of Abe may be made to assist the family with expenses.
